Darwin Dressage Club

The arena roster needs your input to be completed.
You are obliged by your membership form to attend at least 2 arena set-ups. If you are unable to attend you MUST find a replacement for yourself, DDC will NOT replace you. Failure to attend, OR to replace yourself could result in future entries being declined by DDC. I know this seems harsh has come about due to lack of concern by members at times.

Please put down for two (2) arena set-ups, those that know how to set-up please put yourselves as an arena coordinator. This method worked well last year but again, if the response is not adequate, I will fill in the blanks from membership numbers.

Get in touch with Fiona and let her know where you would like to put your name. The roster is an important part of our competition year. When you join Darwin Dressage Club you do have some responsibility towards making the club a better one and this is one way.

How to put up an arena - Plan and instructions to help with this task

It is up to the team leader (co-ordinator) for each roster to contact their team to remind them to come, to let them know what time you will be there and ascertain what time they will arrive. Each team leader is to email DDC committee if a team member does not turn up to help.

The arena roster is designed so that every member has their turn at contributing to the club's running of competitions. Those members who do not turn up for their rostered day will forfeit the right to be eligible for a DDC Champion or Reserve Champion Award at our Championship. They may enter any class according to their grading and no more than 3 tests per day. Official EFA tests for NT Champion and Reserve Champion are not included in this forfeit.

The roster is part completed by people who have selected the days they wish to assist. Check your email and respond to Fiona with the days you wish to help. If by some chance you are unable to make a particular day please let your "team leader" know.
